Terms
Last updated October 16, 2026
These terms apply whenever you use TinyBulb to play, publish or share games. By using TinyBulb, you agree to them.
Who can use TinyBulb
Anyone can play. To sign in and publish games, you need to be at least 13, or older if your country requires it. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian needs to agree to these terms for you.
Your games are yours
You keep every right you have in the games you publish. TinyBulb doesn't own your work. We only need the permission below to run your game on TinyBulb.
What you let us do
When you publish a game, you give TinyBulb permission to store, copy, run, show and share it with players around the world. Partners who work with us may do the same, but only on TinyBulb's behalf. This includes:
- Keeping it playable. We may change the player around your game, or adjust the game's own files, so that it works on phones, computers and everywhere TinyBulb is available. These changes are only to keep your game playable, never to change what it is.
- Bringing it to new places. As TinyBulb grows to new apps, devices and sites, your game can be offered there too.
- Featuring it. We may use your game's title, description, images and short clips of it being played to show it on TinyBulb and to promote TinyBulb, with credit to you.
- Training AI. We may use your game, including its source code, to build and train AI models.
What we promise you
- Publishing is free, and your name is always shown with your game.
- We won't sell your game, or charge players to play it, without your agreement.
- Our permission isn't exclusive. You're free to publish your game anywhere else.
- You can remove your game at any time. Once it's removed, the permission ends, though copies may stay in backups for a short while and in promotion we already made, and AI models already trained on it stay as they are.
Publishing with an AI app
When your AI app submits a game for you, these terms apply as if you had uploaded it yourself, and you're responsible for everything in it, including what your AI made. A submitted game that nobody publishes is deleted when its link expires.
What you can publish
Only publish games you have the right to share: everything in them, including art, music, characters and code, must be yours or used with permission. Don't publish games that:
- use someone else's work without permission
- are sexually explicit, hateful, or encourage violence or self-harm
- target or harass real people, or share their private information
- impersonate someone or mislead players
- try to escape the game sandbox, harm players' devices or attack TinyBulb
- break the law
Removing games and accounts
We may remove a game or close an account that breaks these terms, or when the law requires it. When we do, we'll tell you why, and if you think we got it wrong, reply and we'll take another look. We close the accounts of people who repeatedly publish other people's work. You can have your game or your whole account removed at any time by writing to support@tinybulb.com.
Reporting a game
If a game breaks these terms, email support@tinybulb.com with a link to the game and what's wrong. We'll look into it and remove the game if it has to go.
If a game copies your work, your report needs to include:
- your name and contact details
- the work you own, and a link to the game that copies it
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't allowed by you, your agent or the law
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your report is accurate and that you own the work or may act for its owner
- your signature (typing your full name is fine)
If your game was removed after such a report and you believe that was a mistake, write to us and we'll explain how to send a counter-notice.
No guarantees
TinyBulb and the games on it are provided as they are. Games are made by their creators, not by us, so we can't promise that any game works, suits you or stays available. We may change, pause or stop parts of TinyBulb.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, TinyBulb isn't liable for indirect losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to $100. If you break these terms and someone takes legal action against TinyBulb because of it, you'll cover our reasonable costs. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Your privacy
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
Changes and questions
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your games, we'll email you before it applies, and you can remove your games if you don't agree. Questions go to support@tinybulb.com.
